La experiencia de la muerte de nuestro ser querido nos transformo lo desconocido en conocido, pero si tapamos ese echo tan trascendental en nuestra vida con distracciones y escapes nos estamos alejando de alcanzar la paz interior, estamos negando la muerte como un polo de la vida, rompemos todo ritmo vital y ese desequilibrio nos lleva al sufrimiento.
